Reynaldo brings extensive experience in medical education and the social sciences to MHROI, with a Master's in Health Professions Education, a PhD in Philippine Studies from UP Diliman, and postdoctoral and Fogarty fellowships at Georgetown and Brown Universities. As Medical Education and Social Sciences Consultant, he supports qualitative research and capacity development initiatives.
