Jon supports MHROI's project implementation, field coordination, training materials development, and digital systems initiatives. He holds an MA in Health Policy Studies from the University of the Philippines Manila and has a background in Electronics and Communications Engineering. As Learning Resources and Digital Systems Specialist, he brings a combination of health policy, technical, and digital systems skills to the team, supporting the development and management of websites, applications, digital tools, and technology-enabled solutions for research and project implementation.
