Laufred specializes in medical anthropology and mixed-methods research, holding graduate degrees from the University of the Philippines and the University of Amsterdam, and is a Fogarty Fellow at Brown University. As Medical Anthropology and Public Health Consultant, he supports MHROI's qualitative and community-based health studies.
