Eireen specializes in health promotion, program management, and development, with training from the Asian Institute of Management, the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, and a Master of Medical Science (Research) from the University of Western Australia. As Health Promotion and Program Management Consultant, she supports program planning and evaluation across MHROI initiatives.
